Client Privacy Policy

You probably continue to receive many communications from other financial institutions giving you an opportunity to "opt out" of sharing financial information about you. In any case, we are not asking you to take any steps to secure your financial or personal information simply because the New Hampshire Trust Company does not share this information, except as specifically provided for herein.

Furthermore, all of our clients are given the opportunity to tell us they don't want to receive direct marketing offers from us. We can only foresee two possibilities where we might want to send you marketing material. First, we may periodically want to feature a New Hampshire charity by enclosing information with our statements. Secondly, we may choose to offer Bank related services through another institution that might be beneficial to you.

In both cases, we would only act as a conduit of material and we would never share information about you with the other institution. Nonetheless, you can simply tell us that you do not want any marketing material and we will abide by your wishes. You may call us at (603) 352-0862 or write us at 255 West Street, Elm City Plaza, Keene, NH 03431.

At the New Hampshire Trust Company, keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities.

Examples could include names, addresses, social security numbers, account history and/or information regarding your assets and income. This information is vigorously guarded by us to the same degree as your attorney would protect information about you during the estate planning process for all three stages. We do not collect information for purposes of offering you products or services except for services that you've requested or already have with us.
